Principles for the Principal
It seems that every day I am struck with another opportunity (usually more than one in fact) to try and find that mythical balance that Christian fathers have struggled with since Adam bit the fruit. Do I enforce discipline or model Grace? Can I do both, or are they mutually exclusive?

It is my hope to share in this onging article some of the things I have learned - one or two of them actually prior to doing it the wrong way - during the past several years of raising a family of 6 children.

My desire is that many of you will email in your own lessons and experience, which I will post here as well, so that we all might continue to learn from the wisdom and experience of other Godly men.

My prayer is that many men will find the stories, tips, and information from men who have already been there, and be encouraged and strengthened... as "iron sharpening iron"<Proverbs 27:17>...
