Membership in FHE is available to all homeschooling families in Forsyth County and surrounding areas who agree to uphold FHE's Statement of Purpose and comply with the North Carolina homeschool law. For the current school year, the membership fee is $10.00 for electronic newsletter delivery, or $20.00 for the printed/mailed newsletter option. Members will receive ten monthly issues (August through May) of FHE Home School Journal and the annual directory, plus updates, of FHE members.

Before you make your selection of electronic vs. paper newsletter, you should try accessing a sample newsletter file which has been protected by a password. You must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, and it should be version 5.1 or higher. Try opening this document, using the password of TestCode when prompted. The case of the password letters must be entered exactly as listed. If you can read this document, you should have no trouble accessing the electronic newsletter files this year.
